Adjustable voltage supply is used in the testing laboratories of the factories that produce industrial electrical devices or the companies that produce motors.

The current carrying capacity of electric products is tested with adjustable current source, switch, fuse, contactor etc. Adjustable current sources can be produced between 1,000A and 15,000A.

STRUCTURE

Adjustable current supply can be produced with variac and thyristor controlled  upon request. The output voltage change from thyristor controlled test equipment is at 3V level, whereas in variac controlled ones the voltage change is at 5 V level. Optionally, lower (0.1 VAC) voltage level is suitable for production.

Adjustable constant current supply machines are controlled with 0-10VDC or 4-20 mA. Changes in the set current value are stabilized by the microprocessor control card.

Isolation transformer can be used for safety during test.

Since it has a very wide spectrum, the needs are determined through contact with customers. Circuit diagrams, assembly diagrams and operating principles are reported and shared with the user. Production starts with approval.

With the pushbutton, PLC, and PC, the output voltage can be set.
